Rael: Taekwondo

In September 2014, Rael started training Taekwon-Do at the Oakridge Taekwon-Do Club and is still going strong at the tender age of 68.

In November, his instructor & Owner, Mrs Cathy Hadubiak, invited him to represent the club at a Regional Competition in Brampton and he won the 1st place trophy in his age group. He followed that with a bronze medal at the Provincial Championships in Dundas and on May 30th he took part in the Can-Am Taekwondo Championships at Fanshawe College here in London where he earned a silver medal.
