Shortly after moving to London, while working in construction, Rael volunteered at Rogers Cable and completed a Video Production diploma course
After being laid off, he decided to make his hobby his profession and started Raemar Video Production which is still going strong after 34 years.

At about this time, Rael was invited to join The Directors Club, a business referral club, which Ed Holder founded. He was a member for about 15 years before work prevented him from attending any further breakfast meetings.

In the mid 80's he decided to teach Video Production at Fanshawe College in the Continuing Education Department for about 6 years
Once he stopped teaching, he realised his students needed a place to further the experience and so he founded and was first president of the London Videography Club. The club continues to be strong and we have a full room the 2nd Wednesday of each month
In the mid 90's Rael was involved in Stephen Spielberg's world wide 'Survivors of the Holocaust' project and he video recorded over 30 Holocaust Survivors in our region

Around that time, he was also asked to video record the Ontario Body Building competition where Lou Ferrigno (Incredible Hulk) was the guest poser. Ferrigno's movie production bought some of Rael's footage for his movie 'Stand Tall' which was shown at the Cannes Film Festival. Some of his video was used and he received a credit in the movie.
The producer of a movie 'Obsession, Radical Islam's War Against the West', hired Rael to film Sir Martin Gilbert and Professor Salim Mansur here in London. The movie won best documentary at the Liberty Film Festival in Hollywood. The producer Raphael Shore and his brother David Shore, producer of the TV show House, used to live here in London.
